flickcurl-utils software package provides utilities to call the Flickr API from command line, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install flickcurl-utils
flickcurl-utils is installed in your system.
Make ensure the flickcurl-utils package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep flickcurl-utils *
You will get with flickcurl-utils package name, version, architecture and description in a table
